Minersville Lions Club is proud to offer the caboose to the Millennium Train - a Lycoming and Reading extended view caboose. The above drawing of the caboose shows the car as it will be detailed to match the caboose associated with the Minersville 113 engine restoration.

This is the ninth offering in a series of eight cars plus caboose and engine highlighting businesses in the Minersville Area.

Several different options were considered for the caboose to this train. This car was chosen because it is unique in livery and shape and is, likely, unlike any other caboose on your layout. Additionally, it is the caboose that currently resides at the Minersville Train station and will be restored as part of the Project 113 Engine restoration. This car is being produced by Mike's Train House (MTH), one of the premier train manufacturers building today. They have made every effort to match as many details of the Minersville caboose as are practical. It has metal trucks and flashing rear light as well as interior lights.

The caboose is offered at a price of $53.00, plus $5.25 for shipping and handling. 300 numbered cars will be manufactured to match the numbered sets of the Millennium Train. 50 unnumbered cabooses will also be made for other collectors of the set.
